Is the adhesive pad reusable?
Yes! The nano adhesive pad is fully reusable. You can wash it with water to restore its stickiness and reapply it multiple times without losing adhesion strength.
Do I need to pay for cloud storage?
WinEye comes with 64GB built-in eMMC flash storage (same technology as iPhone) – no SD card needed. This enterprise-grade storage is 10x more reliable than SD cards and stores weeks of recordings locally. Cloud storage is optional and available if you prefer remote backup, but there’s no monthly subscription required for local storage.
Can WinEye see clearly at night?
Absolutely! WinEye features starlight-grade night vision that displays full-color footage even in extremely low-light conditions. In complete darkness, it automatically switches to infrared night vision mode with a range of up to 33 feet.
Can I get a refund after paying the deposit?
Deposits are non-refundable, but you can contact customer service within 7 days to change your package.
When will it ship?
WinEye ships within 15 days after the Kickstarter campaign ends. You’ll be among the first to receive your cameras as an early supporter!
What if there’s a quality issue with the product?
All products come with standard 1-year warranty coverage. For non-human damage during warranty period, we provide free repair or replacement service.
