What is your warranty policy?
We stand by the quality of our products. Every product comes with a 1-year warranty that covers any manufacturer’s defects in materials or workmanship. If your product fails due to a manufacturing issue within one year of purchase, we will provide a free replacement. This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear. To make a claim, please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the issue.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
After you place an order, our team needs time to prepare it for shipment. This processing time is typically 1-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, the delivery time will depend on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website, where you can see the real-time status of your delivery.

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
No, you are welcome to check out as a guest. However, we highly recommend creating an account. It allows you to easily track your order status, view your purchase history, save your shipping information for a faster checkout in the future, and be the first to know about exclusive promotions.
Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
Because we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, you must contact our customer support team within 1 hour of placing your order to request a modification or cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. Once an order is being prepared for shipment, it cannot be changed.
