1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Locations

ShowMo ships internationally through our overseas warehouse network.

3. Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada & Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Other international regions: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volume.

5. Pre-Order Items

Certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis.

Pre-order items will be shipped according to the timeline stated on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the shipment may be delayed until all items are available unless otherwise specified.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
