A simpler place to install

Use the window you already have.

Fitting WinEye's shield against the window

1. Fit the window shield

Choose a suitable clean window and fit the shield close to the glass to help reduce indoor reflections.

Mounting the camera on the shield

Attach the camera to its mount and connect indoor USB power. No outdoor power cable is needed.

Checking the camera view in the app

3. Check the view in the app

Adjust the lens tilt, check your intended area and test the view in both daytime and nighttime lighting.

Adjust the lens tilt after mounting to watch a lower-level approach from an upstairs window. Coverage depends on window height, position and the angle to your target.

Made to face outside

Keep your room private.

The camera body has no built-in microphone. Its large window shield helps keep room areas and indoor reflections out of the picture when fitted close to the glass.

Outdoor audio uses a separate IP66-rated microphone module. Check the live view after installation and confirm the contents of your selected version.

Check your window first

Plan for indoor power and a suitable network connection. Glass coatings, screens, glare and indoor lighting can affect the view; the shield reduces reflections but cannot guarantee glare-free results at every window.
